I started working with gobies for my PhD Thesis on the biology and ecology of Caribbean gobies of the genus Coryphopterus in Curacao. Since then I have travelled and worked in the Caribbean, Tropical Western Atlantic and Eastern Pacific collecting data and photographs of gobies. I am also interested in coral reef surveys, coral reef ecology and coral reef health in general. SCUBA diving and taking pictures under water, especially of gobies, are my favourite activities.
